Jensen is a walking highlight reel with a game built to light up crowds and shut down defenses. He’s a three-level scoring machine with freak bounce and fearless finishing ability that makes the rim his personal playground. From soaring dunks to dagger threes, Jensen plays with electricity in his veins. His mix of athleticism, blow-by speed, and court vision makes him a serious problem for defenders. Whether he’s pulling up from deep, exploding past defenders, or dropping dimes off the drive, there’s no weak spot in his game—and he’s only getting better.
Fresh off a season where he averaged 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists per game, Jensen earned All-State First Team honors and made it clear he belongs in any elite conversation. He’s ranked as the #1 shooting guard in Michigan's 2027 class by PrepHoops and sits top 10 overall in the state. But what separates him is his clutch factor. He’s dropped multiple threes in fourth-quarter comebacks, thrown game-shifting dunks, and helped lead Goodrich to a win over a top-25 ranked team. His biggest improvement this past season was his ability to facilitate, and now he’s expanding even further, working this offseason on off-the-dribble shooting and point guard skills to take over games in new ways.
Jensen plays with DRice Elite on the AAU circuit and has his eyes set on winning the NY2LA Championship. He’s built for the big matchups, and every time the lights get brighter, his game rises with it. He lives for close games and thrives on being the go-to guy in pressure moments. Next high school season, the mission is to make a deep state run and keep proving he’s one of the best guards in the country.
When facing adversity, Jensen grows from it, learns from it, and comes back sharper. The best advice he’s ever received is, “Have the confidence that you are one of the best players on the court.” That fuels every rep, every shot, and every decision.
Off the court, he enjoys spending time with his brother and staying grounded. But on the hardwood, he’s a rising star with fire in his step and a game that demands attention.
I assess that Jensen brings explosive athleticism, high-level scoring, and developing playmaking ability to the floor. His physical tools, work ethic, and fearless mentality make him a top-tier prospect who can impact a college program right away as a scorer and playmaker.
With his continued growth as a creator and leader, Jensen is on track to be one of the most sought-after guards in the 2027 class. His mix of power, pace, and confidence makes him a nightmare matchup and a future star to watch closely. Already proving he is a rare special talent with the potential to be a budding superstar, his is a name to remember. Stay tuned, as this train is only getting hotter.
