6’6, 180lbs, Class of 2027

North Oldham HS, KY

Tommy is versatile and electric wing with voltage. A 6’6 weapon who can shoot it from deep, put it on the deck, lock up defensively, or control the glass. His game is dynamic and unpredictable, which makes him a nightmare to defend. One possession, he’s stretching the floor with his silky three-point bomb, and the next, he’s taking defenders off the bounce or delivering the right pass in stride. He’s fierce on defense, crafty with the ball, and fierce when it comes to doing the little things that turn a game. Tommy doesn’t just play basketball but impacts it in every direction with a smooth, confident feel and a fiery competitive edge. He brings a “do-it-all” approach, and that makes him one of the most valuable players on the floor every time he checks in.

This past season, Tommy averaged 10 points and 4 rebounds per game while shooting a blistering 55% from the field and 50% from three. That kind of shooting efficiency from a player with his size and skill set is rare. His biggest improvement was learning how to fully use his length and body to get to his spots and convert more consistently. He’s already shown he can play inside or out, but now the focus is on becoming more dominant in transition, adding strength, and finishing through contact with even more aggression. He’s locked in on building up his physical tools to match his polished skill set.

The true turning point came at the King of the Bluegrass tournament, where Tommy exploded for 22 points against a tough Adair County squad. That breakout night wasn’t just a confidence booster. It was a message. From that moment on, he and his teammates knew they could hang with the state’s best. Now, he’s channeling that momentum into a massive AAU season with Kentuckiana Hoops 16U, where the goal is nothing less than competing at the highest level and walking away with a national title in Orlando. He’s circling that final tournament on the calendar, ready to show he’s not just one of the most skilled 2027s in the region but one of the most dangerous.

Tommy plays with purpose and passion. He’s fired up when his team is rolling, energized by big plays from his teammates, and grounded by his faith when things get tough. Prayer is his anchor through adversity. Curiosity fuels his growth, always asking questions and seeking ways to grow. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is "Stay curious, keep learning." That perfectly matches his hunger for greatness. He isn’t chasing stats. He’s chasing knowledge, experience, and a shot at something bigger.

Tommy’s unique mix of height, elite shooting, and positional flexibility makes him a plug-and-play asset for any system. His ability to switch roles seamlessly from stretch forward to secondary ball-handler gives coaches freedom in how they deploy him. As his body fills out and his downhill game continues to evolve, expect him to become a high-impact player at the next level who brings versatility, toughness, and elite shot-making.

Tommy is just scratching the surface. The confidence gained this season, paired with his offseason focus and passion for improvement, sets the stage for a breakout season. With his shooting touch, expanding skill set, and fierce competitiveness, expect Tommy to light it up on the AAU circuit and be a major force next high school season. His ceiling is high, and his hunger is even higher. Stay tuned.
