Louis is a speedy playmaker who just dominates with flawless effort and power. With a high IQ and power is an all-around impressive athlete. Louis's greatest strengths: are his Speed, Baseball IQ, Fielding ability, Arm strength, and Contact. Louis is a natural-born leader who brings the Life-blood to any team.
This past season, Louis's regular season batting average was .455 with an OBP% of .538 and OPS% of .933 with 13 RBIs and 16 stolen bases, which helped him make the Great Britain National Team and Play for the 8x National Champions London Mets. Playing for the 18u National Team Louis had a .333 batting average with a .333 OBP % and .570 OPS% and was a huge part of his team winning the Nation Championship while going 4-7 in the championship game and a .571 batting average throughout the playoffs. with an .25 OBP% and 1.000FD%.
Louis's biggest improvement this year was his mentality in the box, knowing that a pitcher is not able to beat him if I’m in the box. This led to a decreased K% to only 6Ks the whole season meaning he was fighting to win each battle pitch by pitch.
The most motivating factor that will push Louis forward is that anything is possible if you want it; you gotta earn it by working hard, playing hard, and recovering hard. With that mindset, it simply becomes a routine.
The love Louis has for baseball fuels him, bringing out every emotion it has to simply be a kid enjoying what he loves most. Just going out with a smile with like-minded individuals is the flame of a fire.
What sets Louis apart from everybody else playing his position is his resilience; Louis will never stop fighting to earn a position, and won’t stop until he does so. Louis reads the field well, he leads the team well and he doesn't feel pressure when there's a big game scenario. Louis's mindset is It’s me V me.
Louis's goals are to commit to a college in the United States for the fall of 2025 and to make the Great Britain 23U European National Team Roster at the end of the year.
Louis sees himself playing in any division he earns to play in. Like most individuals, Louis could see himself playing for a D1 school but feels he has to earn that. At the moment, NJCAA D1 or NCAA D2/3. Ultimately, Louis saw himself playing professional baseball in Europe after college.
I assess that Louis is a hitting machine with a strategic mindset and ability to make hits picking the defense apart at a high rate. Super efficient and productive on the offensive side of the field. Defensively he is a stud that is dependable and clutch. This young star delivers every single time. Any coach looking for a proven winner that will impact their roster immediately, this guy right here is your man. And Louis's potential is extremely high for continued improvement.
