Jason is a punishing scorer who can break down a defense from all three levels. He’s a deadly catch-and-shoot three-point shooter but just as dangerous off the dribble, weaving through defenders and putting up points with ease. His quick moves and athletic ability around the rim make him a constant scoring threat.

As a point guard, Jason has fast handles and knows how to make defenses collapse, setting up his teammates for easy shots. He plays with nonstop energy, which helps him grab rebounds despite his size. He’s a standout on defense—leading the entire state of Kentucky in steals per game last season.

Last season, Jason averaged an impressive 25.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 3.6 steals per game. Always looking to improve, he worked hard in the offseason to become a more consistent shooter, and the results are showing. His shooting percentages have climbed, proving his hard work is paying off.

Some of Jason’s biggest accomplishments include leading his team to the KCAA and KCAC state championships and scoring over 1,000 career points—a big milestone for any high school player.

This season, Jason has set high goals: leading his team to a winning record, capturing district and KCAC state titles, and earning the title of Mr. Basketball for Kentucky. He’s also focused on getting college offers.

Playing for a small school like Heritage Christian Academy comes with challenges, like a smaller roster and less size, Jason believes his team can go far by playing together and running their offense well. Two key games against UHA and Hoptown are on his radar—both matchups hold extra meaning, and he’s ready to make a statement.

Jason’s biggest motivation is his drive to win and compete. He brings that fire to every game, determined to prove what he’s capable of.

When faced with challenges, Jason makes a plan and takes action to overcome them. The best advice he’s ever been given is, "Be who God has called you to be," and it’s a principle he lives by.

Jason likes spending time with his girlfriend and friends off the court, but his focus is always on improving. He knows achieving his dream of playing Division I basketball will take sacrifice and hard work.

Though Jason doesn’t have any offers yet, his work ethic and all-around game make him a special player.

Jason is more than just a scorer—he’s a true playmaker and defensive leader. He might be under the radar because of his school, but he’s ready to surprise everyone. This season, Jason is off to a hot start with his eyes set on championships. Stay tuned!
