5’11, 158lbs, Class of 2028

Maryville High School, TN

Kyle plays quarterback with an electric spark that refuses to die out, no matter the pressure or situation. He is a dynamic young gunslinger with a fierce competitive fire, a smooth delivery, and the kind of explosive arm that can flip the field in an instant. Kyle brings poise beyond his years, standing tall in the pocket and ripping throws with confidence, timing, and touch. He can attack downfield with tight balls that cut through coverage or fire darts on the move when the play breaks down. He reads the defense, trusts his instincts, and plays with a calm intensity that makes him a problem even for older defenders.

What makes Kyle different is his heart. He walked straight into adversity and came out stronger. A sudden mid-season transfer from Farragut to Maryville could have broken a lot of kids, but Kyle turned it into fuel. His 2025 season statistics were all recorded before the transfer, in the five games he played at Farragut: 12 total touchdowns, 87 completions on 113 attempts for a 77 percent completion rate, 1,127 yards, 11 passing touchdowns, and a rushing score. Those numbers in limited action highlight a young quarterback who thrives even in instability and chaos.

Maryville now gets to inherit that fire.

He stepped into a powerhouse program full of tradition, high expectations, and fierce competition, and instead of choosing an easier path, he embraced it. Coaches respect him deeply. They told him they admire the fact that he did not run to a school where he could start instantly, but instead chose a place where he would be pushed toward his true God given ceiling. His new teammates welcomed him immediately, recognizing his maturity, humility, and work ethic. Even though he hasn’t taken a single snap, he is a quick study and learning the offense quickly , he will be ready to compete in the spring and help his team any way he can. .

I assess that Kyle brings a field-changing presence with his confidence, rhythm, and ability to deliver smooth, dangerous throws. His calm in pressure moments and natural playmaking lift the players around him, giving his offense a steady young leader who never panics.

Expect Kyle to grow fast at Maryville. The structure, competition, and high standard of that program will sharpen his game in every direction. His resilience, hunger, and talent point toward a bright future that is ready to take off the moment he steps on the field. Kyle Clark is not just rising. He is coming. Stay tuned.
