Lincoln brings a fierce combination of size, skill, and pure on-court firepower that jumps out the second he checks in. He is a marksman with unlimited range who forces defenses to stretch out farther than they want to, but he’s much more than a shooter. His three-level scoring, explosive speed off the bounce, and ability to attack closeouts create an offensive weapon that can flip momentum in an instant. Lincoln uses vision and feel to make the right read, he thrives in transition with natural flow, and he has developed into a versatile defender whose impact is felt everywhere. With his mix of discipline, IQ, and constant energy, he lifts the pace and intensity of the game the moment he steps on the floor.
His freshman year at Denver East was just the beginning. Lincoln averaged 8.3 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block while shooting 39 percent from three on 110 attempts and 75 percent from the line. Down the stretch, he rose into the starting lineup, became the team’s most reliable scorer over the final five games, and delivered a complete performance in the playoff win with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and a highlight dunk that caught attention across social media. That late-season surge showed exactly what he is capable of when given opportunity and responsibility. Now, heading into this season, he’s grown stronger, more explosive, and more confident in every part of his game.
Lincoln approached the offseason with purpose. He improved his ball handling, his footwork off two feet, added inches to his vertical, and became lighter, quicker, and far more dynamic. His mindset training sharpened his approach, and his defensive commitment pushed him into true two-way territory. Prep Hoops recognized that growth, noting how he guarded bigs, switched onto guards, and used versatility to disrupt plays at every angle. They also established him as one of the top shooters in the state in any class. He has set a personal goal to add 15 pounds of muscle to match his growing athletic abilities, and he’s polishing details like free-throw consistency and decision-making under pressure. Losing in the playoffs fueled him all summer, and the fire he’s bringing back is stronger than ever.
Lincoln embraces big moments. Energy, effort, and turning defense into offense are what ignite him. He is mentally tough, steady under pressure, and refuses to waste emotion on things he can’t control. When the noise rises, he responds by trusting his work. His focus on momentum plays, hustle steals, and transition attacks sets a tone for the entire team. Denver South is the rival he has circled, and with East returning a close, young core, he is looking forward to leading a group that is hungry, competitive, and playing with real chemistry.
Off the court, Lincoln enjoys family time, friends, live sporting events, and escaping the city for the mountains. His recruitment is beginning to move with interest from several programs, including a strong unofficial visit to Colorado State, where he connected with the staff, facilities, and the campus energy. As he keeps stacking growth, his confidence continues to rise about the future he can earn for himself.
I assess that Lincoln is a dynamic scoring weapon with deep range, multi-level touch, and a defensive edge that can fit immediately into a college system. His growing explosiveness, positional versatility, and ability to fuel momentum plays give him the tools to elevate a program’s pace, spacing, and intensity on both ends. His commitment to mastering details and his steady leadership presence make him a player who impacts winning in real ways.
As Lincoln adds strength, expands his off-the-bounce creation, and continues to evolve defensively, expect his game to rise quickly. The foundation he has built as a freshman, along with his explosive development track, points toward a future where he becomes one of the most complete guards in his class. His potential is real, his hunger is clear, and the next chapter of his rise has only just begun. Opponents should beware. Lincoln’s best basketball is still ahead, and he ain't taking any prisoners. A deep tournament run is the mission. Stay tuned.
