Fall Creek HS, WI

Miles steps onto the court like a force built to dominate with power, length, and a fierce defensive engine. He gobbles up boards with hunger, protects the rim with authority, and guards every position on the floor. His ability to defend the 1 through 5, swallow up second-chance opportunities, and shift momentum instantly makes him one of the most impactful two-way players in Wisconsin. That presence earned him preseason second-team All-State honors in Division 4, a reflection of how valuable he already is and how frightening his ceiling can become. What separates Miles is not only the way he controls games but the fierce intensity, toughness, and relentless drive he plays with. He is explosive, dynamic, and fearless, the kind of player who changes the identity of a team the moment he checks in.

This past season, Miles showed exactly how powerful his impact can be, averaging 16.7 points, 12.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 3.2 blocks. His outside shooting has been a major improvement, rising from 30 percent from three to a much sharper and more confident weapon for this upcoming season. He strengthened his body, added inches to his vertical, and continued developing his ability to finish above the rim. His weaknesses are shrinking, particularly his tendency to be too passive at times. Now he is stepping into a season where aggression, takeover moments, and pure dominance will be expected from him. And he is ready for that challenge.

Miles carries unfinished business into this year. His fiercest rival is Aquinas, the team that edged Fall Creek in the regional finals before running the table and winning state. That loss stayed with him, not as discouragement but as fuel. With his team returning every player and several key pieces making major jumps, he believes this group has a real chance to make a deep state run. Competition brings the best out of him. Losing fires him up. Big games bring out a different level. And when facing adversity, he stays calm, thinks, resets, and pushes even harder than before.

Coaches should know that from Miles, they will get maximum effort, a strong attitude, pure hustle, a player who empties the tank every game, and never cheats a moment. The best coaching advice he ever received is to believe in himself and trust everyone around him, a message that keeps him steady and focused on doing his job at a high level.

Off the floor, Miles is just as impressive. With a 3.96 GPA, he takes academics extremely seriously and understands the discipline required to succeed beyond basketball. He does not hold any offers yet, but he is in contact with several D2 and D3 programs and fully intends to play college basketball somewhere. With his size, defensive versatility, intensity, and high character, it is only a matter of time before college staffs realize how complete of a prospect he is.

Away from basketball, he loves time with family and friends and enjoys competing in Madden and NBA 2K with his buddies. He stays grounded, balanced, and focused on the things that matter.

This season, Miles is stepping into the spotlight stronger than ever as a leader, a competitor, and a complete two-way weapon ready to anchor Fall Creek’s state run and show every college program why his best basketball is still ahead of him.

I assess that Miles brings qualities that translate immediately to a college program. His size, defensive versatility, and motor allow him to impact a lineup in multiple ways without requiring touches to be effective. He is the type of player who raises the physical standard of a team with his effort, toughness, and presence around the rim. His ability to guard different positions, battle on the glass, and disrupt actions makes him a valuable piece in any system. A staff gains someone reliable, focused, and disciplined who understands how to play winning basketball and how to produce advantages on both ends of the floor.

Moving forward, Miles is poised for a major leap. As his confidence grows and his scoring aggression increases, he will evolve into an even more complete threat who can take over stretches of games. His improved shooting, expanding athleticism, and hunger to elevate his team give him a long runway for development. With continued work and the right college fit, he has the potential to become a high-impact contributor who shapes the identity of a program through energy, growth, and steady improvement. Stay tuned.
