Guy is electric with the ball in his hands, dynamic in space, explosive when he escapes the pocket, and fierce when he lowers his shoulder to finish a play. What separates Guy is how naturally he flows between roles. One snap, he’s a crafty quarterback carving up coverage, the next he’s an athletic playmaker turning on the jets, and then he becomes a defensive force reading routes like a veteran. His arm is strong, his speed is real, and his versatility is rare. But the fire behind all of it is what truly sets him apart. He is fueled by doubt, powered by competition, and driven by an obsession to prove people wrong every single time he steps on the field. Coaches can expect a warrior who plays with relentless energy and leaves everything he has out there.

Guy’s production for two seasons shows a player evolving into a true game-changer. As a sophomore, he posted 253 passing yards, 4 passing touchdowns, 65 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown, 34 receiving yards, and 11 tackles. This season, he exploded with 1,250 passing yards, 13 passing touchdowns, 34 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 33 receiving yards, 15 tackles, 1 fumble recovery, and 2 interceptions. That leap came from major improvements in his speed, time in the weight room, and a better grasp of defensive reads. He secured the starting job, made a name for himself across the state, and helped lead Paris to a historic playoff run by upsetting the defending state champions to reach the third round. First time in ten years and only the third time in thirty years. His offseason goals are to gain weight, add speed, study film nonstop, and grow stronger as a leader. What motivates him is the doubt. Every person who said he was not good enough added fuel to his fire.

Guy breaks down the game with a sharp mind. Pre-snap, he studies the defensive front and quickly identifies the coverage on the back end. He outworks people, carries a strong mindset, and competes like every play matters. When facing adversity, he responds with a short memory and a stronger will. He knows he has the size, the arm talent, and the mentality for D1 football. And while D1 is the dream, he will compete at any level because he simply loves the game and loves being part of a team.

The programs that catch his attention are schools with real culture, coaches who care about their players, winning traditions, and strong academics. Guy already holds 1 FCS offer with interest rolling in from multiple FCS, D2, and D3 programs. He lives by the lessons handed down to him. From his dad, the reminder that champions outwork everyone. From Coach Damron, the message that if you put in the work you will eventually succeed and that true leadership carries into every part of life. Guy passes that same mindset on to others, telling younger players to block out the noise, believe in themselves, and keep grinding.

I assess that Guy brings a rare mix of toughness, playmaking spark, and multi-position skill that can instantly raise the level of a college program. His ability to contribute as a passer, runner, and defender makes him a high-value addition, and his relentless motor lifts the energy around him. He gives coaches a competitor who thrives in big moments and pushes the standard higher.

Guy’s rise is just beginning. With his plan to add size, increase speed, and elevate his football IQ through deeper film study, he is evolving into a next-level weapon with tremendous upside. His hunger, drive, and fearless competitive edge point toward a future filled with big moments and even bigger growth. Stay tuned.
