Starting 11 varsity games as a freshman is something very few quarterbacks ever get the chance to experience, but Kingston didn't just survive the challenge; he embraced it. Every Friday night became another lesson, another opportunity to grow, and another step toward becoming one of the exciting young quarterbacks in his class. His game is built around a dynamic mix of size, athleticism, speed, football IQ, and an explosive arm that allows him to attack every level of the field. Add in the confidence that comes from already facing varsity defenses, and Kingston is quickly becoming a quarterback who looks comfortable when the lights are brightest.

His freshman season was filled with valuable experience and steady growth. Kingston earned Second Team All-District honors after completing 125/208 passes for 19 touchdowns with just 6 interceptions while starting 11 varsity games. Although his team's stats weren't fully recorded every week, his production and development spoke for themselves. Every game added another layer to his understanding of the position, but his season finale showed just how dangerous he can become after putting those lessons together. He completed 28/34 passes for 309 yards and four touchdowns in his best performance of the year, finishing the season with plenty of momentum and proving how quickly his game was coming together. Now entering a new season with another year of experience behind him, Kingston is looking to become an even bigger weapon in the quarterback run game while continuing to elevate every part of his skill set.

One of the biggest improvements in his game has come mentally. Kingston believes his football IQ has continued to grow, allowing him to process defenses faster and play with greater confidence. His outstanding track season has also improved his athleticism, making him even more dangerous when plays break down or when he decides to tuck the football and attack. Before every snap, he studies defensive alignments, searching for coverage clues and possible blitzes because he knows the more information he gathers before the play begins, the faster and smarter he can react once the ball is in his hands. That preparation gives him an edge that doesn't always show up in the stat sheet but often shows up when big plays need to be made.

Like every young quarterback, adversity became part of the journey. His team battled through a season with constant changes along the offensive line. Instead of getting frustrated, Kingston learned to lock in on doing his own job, taking every play one snap at a time, and trusting the process. That mindset helped him continue improving while gaining valuable experience that will benefit him for years to come.
