Jason plays with a poise that can’t be taught. He is a dynamic three-level scorer with a fierce will to win. He attacks the game with control, confidence, and purpose. Whether he’s raining deep shots, pulling up off the dribble, or slicing to the rim to finish or dish to his bigs, Jason’s game flows with smooth precision. His shooting ability is elite, efficient, balanced, and deadly from anywhere on the floor. He uses his length and feel to rise over defenders, while his court vision allows him to make the right read under pressure. He’s a competitor who doesn’t just score; he elevates everyone around him. His composure, leadership, and drive to perfect his craft make him the type of player every team needs to win at a high level.
Last season, Jason averaged 14 points, 6 assists, and 4 rebounds per game, proving he can impact the game beyond scoring. He followed that up with an impressive showing on the AAU circuit with Hard2Guard Colorado, averaging 20 points per game and shooting a blistering 48% from three during The Tune Up in Denver. The numbers only tell part of the story, it’s the way he plays that separates him. He reads the game like a veteran, setting up teammates, attacking efficiently, and maintaining his focus regardless of pressure. His biggest improvement this year has been getting to the rim with confidence and learning when to finish or feed his bigs. With a goal to strengthen his rebounding and become even more versatile, Jason’s offseason grind has been built on expansion, adding layers to an already complete offensive package.
During the Fall League, Jason stood out as one of the youngest on the floor, yet played like he belonged among the best. He delivered a dominant performance against Regis Groff, dropping 17 points on 87.5 percent shooting, going 3 for 3 from deep while adding 6 rebounds and 4 blocks. Even surrounded by older competition, he showcased poise, maturity, and the same unshakable confidence that defines his game.
This year, he’s focused on leading his team to a strong season while chasing a deep playoff run with his teammates. Every time Jason steps on the court, the memories of being doubted fuel his fire. He has faced adversity before and knows how to respond by working harder, thinking sharper, and performing stronger. His mental discipline stands out, guided by the best coaching advice he’s ever received: “Condition your mind like your body.” That approach keeps him grounded, resilient, and always ready for the moment.
Off the floor, Jason enjoys music, working out, and spending time with his guys, showing the same balance and calm that defines his game. For coaches, he’s a dream player, selfless, dependable, and committed to giving 100 percent effort on both ends of the floor. When he steps between the lines, his intensity never wavers, and his leadership lifts everyone around him.
I assess that Jason is an elite shotmaker with the mindset of a winner. His combination of smooth shooting mechanics, vision, and control makes him a threat in every situation. He’s more than a scorer, he’s a playmaker, a communicator, and a teammate who brings consistency and focus every game. A coach can expect relentless effort, maturity, and a fierce competitor who raises the standard wherever he plays.
Looking ahead, Jason has the tools to become a high-impact guard at the next level. His basketball IQ, scoring versatility, and unflappable demeanor give him the edge to stand out in any system. With his continued focus on rebounding, strength, and mental conditioning, expect him to evolve into a complete player capable of leading a program. Jason is built for the big stage, calm under pressure, confident in the moment, and always ready to deliver when it matters most. Stay tuned.
