Presley is the kind of player every coach loves having on the floor because his impact goes far beyond the scoring column. While many players chase points, Presley focuses on winning. He is a true team-first player whose value shows up in rebounding, defense, passing, hustle plays, and all the little details that often decide games. Whether it is fighting for an extra possession, making the right read, rotating on defense, or dropping an extra pass to create a better shot, Presley understands that basketball is bigger than individual numbers. His willingness to embrace the dirty work and do whatever his team needs makes him a player that consistently helps winning happen.

That blue-collar approach has become one of the biggest calling cards in his game. Presley takes tremendous pride in crashing the glass, bringing energy every possession, and setting the tone with effort. While some players want the spotlight, he embraces the responsibilities that often go unnoticed. His toughness, determination, and willingness to battle for every rebound create opportunities for teammates and help shift momentum in favor of his team. Those winning habits continue to show up every time he steps between the lines.

His high school season and postseason helped him grow both as a player and as a leader. Every game provided lessons that helped him gain confidence and better understand how he could impact games in multiple ways. That growth carried directly into AAU basketball with The LOUD Academy, where he has continued testing himself against talented competition. The transition has been an important step in his development, giving him the chance to compete against strong opponents while continuing to build his all-around game. Every weekend has become another opportunity to learn, improve, and show what he can bring to a team.

One of his strongest performances came during the PRO16 Session in Hamilton, where LOUD Academy finished with a strong 3-1 record. Presley averaged 12.2 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks per game while posting the highest plus/minus on the team. Those numbers tell the story of a player whose impact that checked every box of the game. The team was connected, trusted one another, and embraced their roles. Presley focused on controlling the boards, protecting the paint, defending with energy, and making smart decisions with the basketball. When everyone bought into the team concept, success followed, and Presley played a huge role in making that happen.

Over the last year, one of the biggest areas of improvement in his game has been his overall understanding of how to affect winning. His playmaking has taken a step forward as he has become more comfortable reading defenses, creating opportunities for teammates, and recognizing different ways to influence the outcome of a game. Instead of limiting himself to one role, Presley continues finding new ways to contribute and make those around him better.

Like every athlete, Presley faced adversity throughout the season. There were ups and downs, good performances and difficult ones, but those moments helped strengthen his mindset. Rather than allowing one game to define him, he learned to focus on the things he could control. That approach helped him become more mentally consistent and better prepared to handle whatever challenges come his way. Those experiences have helped shape a player who remains steady regardless of the circumstances.

As he continues through the AAU season and prepares for the future, Presley remains focused on becoming a more complete player. Improving his shooting, tightening his ball-handling, and expanding his offensive game remain priorities while continuing to build on the defensive toughness and rebounding ability that already make him effective. His goal is to continue growing every part of his game while helping his team succeed.
