Kahsi is a savvy electric two-way phenom with a very polished game and excels at getting to his spots with three-level scoring ability. Kahsi has unlimited range but is explosive off the bounce and can light it up from mid-range or finish strong at the rim even through contact. Kahsi plays at his own pace and is super poised for any age. Kahsi thrives at controlling the tempo and being a leader. Kahsi is relentless on the defensive end by being a pest, knocking balls away, playing full court, and taking charges.
This last season the most motivating thing that will push Kahsi forward was starting high school varsity as an eighth grader on a championship-winning team. This shows he can compete with older players and be effective. Going into this next season Kahsi wants to be more of a scoring threat, as well as leading his team as if he were a senior. Kahsi also wants to run it back and become champions once again.
Playing AAU for Bryce Radford Elite some of Kahsi's goals are to compete and win tournaments in the Under Armor circuit, as well as find some interest from college coaches while looking to improve on his ability to guard bigger players without getting bullied. He also wants to sure he has control of his team whether that be offensively or defensively.
What fuels Kahsi's fire is just natural love for winning and hatred for losing. Kahsi wants to win every game he plays no matter the situation. When Kahsi gets into a game and realizes they are losing, it lights a fire. He just becomes more of an intense player.
When things on the court aren’t going Kahsi's way, he looks for things that are. If his shots are not falling he will get to the hoop. If he just is not scoring he will facilitate and run the offense. If Kahsi's offense is off, he will rebound and play defense.
A coach can expect Kahsi to always have a high motor, encouraging, and leading others. Kahsi can turn a game around quickly with his high intensity and leadership.
Kahsi can see himself at any school in the country. It all depends on what coach is willing to take a chance on him, and how much work he is willing to put in to get to that position.
I assess that Kahsi is a phenom and budding young star no one will want to miss not just this year but in years to come. Kahsi is tough, gritty, and downright scrappy with the will to win despite who he faces. A fearless leader and developed way beyond his age. We will hear his name for many years to come. Other than Phenom, which is what I call him every time I see him play, the word is "SPECIAL". Get on this train right now before it picks up steam and you're left behind. Don't miss one minute.
