He’s got a smooth handle for his size and explodes into the paint like a freight train, often finishing through contact or right over someone. His mid-range jumper is a weapon, his footwork is improving every day, and his presence on both ends is impossible to ignore. Ivan doesn’t just play with power; he plays with passion, creativity, and joy. He’s not just built for the game but built to dominate it.

This past season, Ivan made major improvements in his game, especially in his mid-range scoring and ability to get crafty around the basket. He’s a true finisher with soft touch at the line, growing range from deep, and a hunger to improve every time he steps on the floor. His biggest offseason focus is continuing to develop his dribbling and three-point consistency, building on the foundation he’s laid to become a complete offensive threat. One of the most impactful changes in his game came when he started playing more with friends and rediscovered the joy and excitement that brought him to basketball in the first place. That love for the game now fuels everything he does.

Ivan plays AAU ball with B Maze Elite and has set his sights on turning heads at every Under Armour session he can reach. His goals were to develop his game, get on the map, and prove just how far he’s come. Every time he steps on the court, he’s locked in to show people the results of his hard work, because for Ivan, this is bigger than just basketball. He left his home and his family behind at 14 years old to chase this dream, trusting God through every step of the journey. His family may be thousands of miles away, but their love, belief, and support are with him on every possession. When facing adversity, Ivan turns up the volume, puts up shots, and clears his head with faith and focus.

Off the court, he finds peace in music and a love for golf, but when the lights are on, there’s no mistaking the fire in him. Ivan Moskalenko is a special blend of power, finesse, drive, and purpose, and he’s not done climbing.
