GPA: 4.0

Cole is a crafty and physical guard who brings a relentless mindset and a true team-first approach to the game. He thrives in attack mode, fearlessly driving downhill, absorbing contact, and finishing strong at the rim. But defenders who sag off him do so at their own risk. His three-point shot is smooth and deadly, capable of flipping the momentum of a game in an instant. Cole’s motor runs high every possession, he battles on the boards, dives for loose balls, and brings a gritty edge to everything he does. He sees the floor like a true point forward, using his high IQ, strong ball-handling, and toughness to create for others while always being ready to deliver. Coaches can expect an unselfish leader who competes with heart, puts in the work, and elevates everyone around him.

After a breakout junior campaign, Cole averaged 12.5 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists per game and earned 2nd Team All-OCC honors. But his second-half surge is where things truly took off. He posted multiple 20-point games to close out the season and is now averaging 20 points per game through 32 games in AAU with Midwest Basketball Club. His efficiency and confidence have grown along with his production, and he’s focused on becoming even more explosive and consistent from the outside. Cole is committed to pushing his game further, attacking the rim harder, extending his shooting range, and leading by example as he gears up for his senior year run.

Cole plays for Midwest Basketball Club and previously played with BTY, developing under a core group of coaches and friends who have shaped his game and supported his journey. Coach Kenny Chaffin, his father, Rick Brewer, Coach Eric Graves, and varsity coach Coach Tink have each played an essential role in building Cole's foundation, both as a player and a young man. Coach Chaffin and his dad have guided him for as long as he can remember, and Coach Tink has had a major influence over the past two years. Cole has also trained consistently at BTY, a local facility where coaches and mentors have helped him develop his work ethic, consistency, and love for the process. The biggest lesson from all of them is, "Show up every day, work hard, and do it for more than yourself; do it for your team, your community, and the people who believe in you." That mindset, instilled by his coaches, has shaped the way Cole trains, competes, and lives.

Looking ahead to his senior season at Marysville, Cole is focused on leading his team to a league title and a deep playoff run. He’s driven more by team success than personal accolades, but make no mistake, he has set internal goals and is hungry to reach them. As college interest picks up, he’s staying grounded, working hard, and trusting the right opportunity will come. When facing adversity, he doesn’t let it rattle him but uses it to fuel him. He handles it with quiet resolve, putting his head down and letting his game speak for itself.

Off the court, Cole enjoys fishing, golfing, gaming, and spending more time doing what he loves: playing basketball. His fire is internal, and his approach is humble, but when the lights come on, his competitiveness explodes. He’s the kind of player every coach wants in their corner: dedicated, fearless, and always willing to do the dirty work to win.

Cole’s strength lies not just in his physical tools or skill set but in his approach to the game. He’s a versatile guard who can score, rebound, and distribute but also defend and lead by example. His ability to play with purpose, compete through contact, and sacrifice for team success makes him a valuable piece to any college program. The ultimate glue guy.

As he enters his senior year, expect Cole to keep evolving. With his work ethic, size, and rising confidence, he’s poised to become a dependable impact player at the next level. His blend of toughness, skill, and humility will serve him well on the court, in the locker room, and beyond. Stay tuned for what will likely be a breakout season ahead.
