The numbers tell part of the story, but the pace he’s been on says even more. Joining the 2,000-point club doesn’t just happen. That realization came early, back when he dropped over 800 points as a freshman at the varsity level. That’s when it clicked. That’s when the idea of chasing 3,000 became real. Since then, every season has been about stacking, climbing, and getting closer to that mark. It’s not random. It’s built with intention and fueled by a goal that never leaves his mind.

That deep range isn’t luck either. It’s built in the lab. Will puts in the reps, stretching his limits every time he steps into the gym. Will didn’t ignore the other side of the ball either. He made it a priority to become more of a problem defensively. Picking up full court, jumping passing lanes, putting himself in situations where he had to guard. It wasn’t about comfort but improvement. That decision is already showing up, adding another weapon to his impact.

Adversity showed up like it always does, whether it was tough losses, high expectations, or moments where things didn’t go his way. But instead of backing off, he kept pushing, trusting the work and staying locked into what he’s building.

Now with Jamal Shead Elite, he’s stepping into a new stage with a mission to prove he belongs with anyone in the country.
