Victoria, Australia

Jack is a fierce young forward-guard who is a relentless two-way player, combining an elite shooting touch with non-stop defensive energy. From beyond the arc, Jack is money, raining threes at a blistering 47.3% clip on five attempts per game, proving himself as a lights-out sniper. But he’s more than just a shooter. He thrives as a slasher, attacking the rim with confidence, while his nonstop motor and intensity set him apart. His defensive swagger is relentless, barking out assignments, boxing out no matter the opponent’s size, and crashing the boards with a fearless motor that fuels his entire team.

This season, Jack averaged 13 points per game on 47.3% from three and 60% from the field, numbers that put him in rare company for his age group. His biggest improvement came in climbing from the fifth division all the way to the first, a testament to his growth, consistency, and hunger for competition. At just 14, he added another milestone of becoming a consistent dunker, showing both athletic promise and the work ethic to match. His offseason focus now locks in on building muscle, adding strength to complement his shooting and defense as he gears up for even greater responsibilities on the floor.

A coach can expect Jack to bring high-volume, high-efficiency shooting while making smart reads, diving into the dirty work defensively, and providing a vocal edge that organizes his team. He thrives in pressure situations, never backing down, always attacking, and making sure his effort is contagious. Though his team fell short of the Victorian championship this season, Jack has already proven himself as a spot-up shooting slasher who can impact winning in every way.

I assess that Jack’s three-point shooting and relentless defensive mindset will make him a valuable weapon in any system. His ability to stretch the floor at such a young age while providing toughness on the boards adds a balance of skill and grit that coaches love. He brings both production and intangibles, the kind of combination that can shift the identity of a team.

Looking ahead, Jack has all the tools to become one of Victoria’s rising stars. With added strength and continued development of his two-way game, he projects as a high-impact guard-forward hybrid capable of thriving in national competition and beyond. His mix of shooting, slashing, and defensive fire ensures that his ceiling is only getting higher, and his name will be one to watch for years to come. Stay tuned.
