Brody is a fierce and explosive athlete who brings a blend of strength, speed, and toughness to the floor. A dual-sport standout with bounce, grit, and raw power, he thrives in chaos, gobbling up boards, bullying defenders in transition, and throwing down violent dunks. He plays fast, attacks hard, and embraces the physical side of the game like it’s second nature. You’ll find him doing the dirty work most shy away from, then racing coast-to-coast to finish above the rim. He doesn’t just bring energy, he is energy. A tough-nosed, aggressive slasher with a football player’s edge and a hooper’s heart.
This past season, Brody’s biggest improvement came from elevating his middy and using his physicality more effectively in-game. He’s locked in on continuing to tighten his handles and becoming a true three-level scorer by extending his range beyond the arc. With goals of averaging 18 points per game and leading Kenton Ridge to a conference title, he’s grinding like never before. A staple in the weight room, he’s added strength to match his speed and is already turning heads with how much more dominant he’s become.
Brody’s AAU team is still being finalized, but top options include RunAsOne or Midwest. His focus this circuit was to earn college attention, dominate every matchup, and make sure that by the end of the season, his name is known everywhere. He’s got Midwest Mania at Spooky Nook circled on the calendar, where he plans to show off his upgraded game. When opponents start talking, it only fuels him more; he’s wired to respond by making winning plays and locking in even harder. In tough moments, he relies on slowing the game down and focusing on the details. The the best advice he’s been given is. "Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast."
Off the floor, Brody is all about the grind. He trains relentlessly to perfect his craft and loves the weight room as much as the gym. Every rep, every session, every minute spent working is a brick laid toward his ultimate goal: proving he belongs at the next level, and making sure nobody forgets his name.
I assess that Brody’s mix of explosiveness, physical strength, and relentless energy makes him a weapon in transition and a menace on both ends. His versatility, toughness, and willingness to do the dirty work give him a foundation college programs will value immediately.
As his outside shot develops and his handles improve, Brody has the tools to evolve into a dominant two-way player. His work ethic, mindset, and motor will carry him far, and he’s just getting started. Expect fireworks. Stay tuned.
