Camden is already a walking double-double with the kind of inside-out dominance that’s rare at any level, let alone in the Class of 2029. With a rugged frame and a fierce motor, he’s a true stretch 4 who can do it all. Camden brings the rain from deep with a confident touch, bullies his way to the rim through traffic, and gobbles up rebounds like candy. His feel for the game is beyond his years, carving out space with a blend of strength and finesse, then delivering dazzling dimes when defenders collapse. What makes him special isn’t just the skill, it’s how he mixes brute toughness with a playmaker’s mind. His versatility and presence make him a constant problem, and every coach watching knows he brings an electric mix of fire, force, and feel every time he steps on the court.
This past season, Camden poured in 15 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game, proving he's not just a scorer, he’s a complete threat. His basketball IQ and playmaking saw the biggest improvement, making him more dangerous as both a finisher and a facilitator. Now he’s in the lab working to become quicker and more explosive while evolving into a better leader and teammate on the floor. One of the most powerful moments in his young career came when he helped lead his school to its first-ever middle school county championship, a win that made history and showed he’s already built to deliver in big moments. This summer, he’s playing with WV Gold on the PRO16 circuit and has the Puma PRO16 Finals circled as his proving ground. His goal is to be more aggressive, improve, and get better every single day.
Camden is fired up by the energy of the game, the noise, the intensity, the moments that matter most. Whether he’s in the gym with his sister or getting shots up late, his work ethic is relentless. His goal heading into his freshman year is to make an immediate impact, and with his size, skill set, and drive, there’s no doubt he’s going to do just that. When facing adversity, he locks in on the next play and keeps moving forward. And the best advice he ever received is, "Always play like it’s your last time stepping on the court." It’s how he trains, how he competes, and how he carries himself with purpose, pride, and heart.
I assess that Camden has the tools to be a high-impact player at every level he touches. His size, strength, rebounding dominance and scoring versatility make him a matchup nightmare, but his IQ and unselfishness separate him even more. He’s a foundational piece who can lead, produce, and elevate the game of everyone around him.
Heading into high school, Camden is set to make noise right away. As he continues to get quicker and adds even more explosion to his game, the ceiling keeps climbing. With his work ethic and mindset, expect him to evolve into one of the most productive and dangerous players in his class, built for big games and big stages. Stay tuned.
