Jeremiah made his presence felt as a freshman, stepping onto the court with confidence and a quiet edge. He brings a no-nonsense attitude to both ends of the floor, carving out space in the midrange where he delivers a smooth, punishing jumper. His defensive mindset is ahead of his age, he is fierce, disciplined, and locked in every possession. While he’s not the loudest voice in the gym, his game is speaking louder by the week. Coaches will find a player who doesn’t need the spotlight to shine, he competes with pride, listens, learns, and puts in the work that earns respect.
In his first season of varsity basketball, Jeremiah averaged 10 points per game, a strong showing that validates his potential. His biggest improvement came not just in scoring but in how he learned to lead. Watching and learning from the older players helped him grow in the mental side of the game, from staying composed in pressure moments to understanding how to help teammates succeed. Now, his attention has focused on becoming more well-rounded, developing his three-point shot, expanding his game overall, and making a bigger impact next season. He plays for Bradley Elite on the AAU circuit with the goal of building his name and helping his team win every time out. There’s no one tournament he is excited to play, he’s locked in and ready to compete at every stop.
Jeremiah is grounded in his “why.” That’s what fuels him when the game gets tough. When facing adversity, he takes a moment to step back, process it, and figure out how to grow from it. It’s not about avoiding pressure but about embracing it, something he learned from one of his favorite pieces of coaching advice is, “Pressure is a privilege.” His goal is to lead with that mentality moving forward, focused on becoming a steady, impactful leader for his team next season.
Off the court, Jeremiah enjoys golfing and spending quality time with family, a reminder of what keeps him balanced and motivated.
I assess that Jeremiah has foundation is solid. His defense, midrange ability, and growing leadership give him an edge that coaches can build on. He’s already shown he belongs, and he’s only getting started.
Expect consistent growth over the next few seasons. With continued development in his perimeter game and confidence as a leader, Jeremiah is shaping up to be a reliable and impactful two-way player in Wisconsin’s 2028 class. With sky-high potential, he could be must-see TV this upcoming season. Stay tuned.
