Zach is an explosive combo that can attack a defense effectively on all three levels with size, strength, and speed with wicked ball-handling ability. Zach already possesses a college-sized physical body and flexes his strength in an imposing way in the paint area with strong finishes. Zach's greatest strength is getting to his spot and pulling up for an effective midrange. Because of his size and strength, Zach is a beast on the boards gobbling them up like candy, and is a solid defender.
This past season Zach averaged 13 points and 10+ rebounds per game. The most motivating thing that happened to Zach was having to help his father pay the bills as money was tight and there were nights they struggled to eat. Zach wants to make a way out for himself and his dad. Zach's goals for the upcoming season are to push himself and be better than last. On the court what fuels him is his teammates helping each other up.
Playing AAU for Team Heat Zach's goal was to be one of the best prospects to play on that platform. His focus area for improvement was staying in the gym getting better, and always grinding with school. Zach averaged 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists during the circuit run. Mission accomplished and the stage is set for a breakout season ahead.
Zach feeds off his teammates and on the court. What fuels him the most is when his teammates are hyping each other up.
Zach handles adversity well when things don’t go his way by finding a solution and fixing it.
A coach can expect a lot of rebounding and scoring that sets Zach apart from others—playing defense and locking up his defensive assignments.
Zach sees himself playing at the highest level because of his work ethic, which is different from others.
I assess this stud as a manchild about to bust out. Zach has already established himself on another level this summer. The fire that drives him and the motivation that pushes him are family and change. Zach understands his skills bring hope and can elevate his game to accommodate his dreams and push himself to the highest level possible. Stay tuned!
