His athleticism makes him a dangerous rim finisher, while his defensive intensity allows him to guard 1- 5. He makes winning plays that don’t always make highlight reels, from rebounding and screens to extra passes that fuel his team’s success. Gavin embraces every role without ego, showing he’s as committed to team success as he is to his own production.

This past season, Gavin averaged 15.7 points and 7 rebounds while shooting 38% from three and a blistering 92% from the line, numbers that showcase his efficiency and growth. His biggest improvements have come in ball-handling and decision-making, playing with more pace and purpose, and expanding his shot creation. On the Adidas 3SSB circuit and during the National Grind Session, he proved his ability to compete at the highest level, walking away with multiple DI offers. Recently, he ranked #2 overall out of 180 athletes at the NextUp Recruits Exposure Camp at Asbury University, capping the day with a Top 20 All-Star selection. Add in his play at the @kabcshootout, where he once again stood out as an aggressive wing with elite intangibles, and it’s clear Gavin’s consistency is what makes him special. He is as reliable in the big moments as he is in the dirty work, rebounding, defending, and delivering the extra effort that wins games.
