Armone brings a different kind of fire to the floor. He’s a tough, left-handed scorer with a smooth jumper, strong motor, and an unshakable mindset. Whether his team is up or down, he plays with the same energy, refusing to quit, pushing the pace, and keeping the spark alive. Armone has no fear on offense and can light it up when his team needs a bucket. He’s confident with the ball in either hand and brings a steady edge every time he touches the court. But it’s not just his scoring; he also leads with emotion, picks up his teammates when they’re down, and always finds a way to keep fighting.
This past season, Armone averaged 15 points, 2 steals a night, and a block per game, and shot 78% from the free throw line. His biggest improvement came on the defensive end, where he improved his effort and awareness, and dropped a season-high 37 points against Lakeshore when his team needed him most. Now, he’s focused on footwork and defensive strength this offseason. He’s not just working on his game but building toughness and better habits so he can stay locked in all four quarters. His proudest moment wasn’t just a stat,; he stepped up when teammates were ready to quit, lifting their spirits and reminding them to keep going.
On the AAU circuit, Armone plays for Cereal City and Midwest Select, hitting major tournaments across the Midwest. His goals are to win rings, get noticed, and keep showing out in big moments. He’s especially looking forward to a major tournament on August 9 and more showdowns in Chicago and Indiana. Next season, he’s locked in on winning more games and stepping up whenever his team needs a big play.
What fires him up the most is knowing when it’s time to take over, and answering that call without hesitation. When facing adversity, he stays calm, confident, and ready to go. Even in tough times, he stays grounded by focusing on what he’s thankful for and keeping a strong mindset. The best coaching advice he ever received is, “The game’s not over until the clock hits zero, go strong and show them what you’re about.” Off the court, Armone spends his time working out and being around family, the people who keep him grounded and give him that extra push to keep chasing greatness.
He brings a diverse skill set, combining shot-making accuracy, lockdown defense, sharp court awareness, and strong team chemistry. He’s eager to show how his commitment and all-around game can be a major asset to any program willing to take a deeper look.
Armone is the guard who brings fight, focus, and scoring punch every time he steps on the floor. He can knock down shots, guard multiple positions, and lead with energy. His ability to take over in big moments makes him a valuable piece for any team and a player college coaches should have on their radar.
Expect Armone to keep growing into a dangerous two-way threat. His work ethic and hunger to win stand out, and with continued focus on footwork and defense, he’ll take another big leap. He’s wired to compete and built to lead. The best is still to come. Stay tuned.
