Cameron is a high-IQ, confident floor general with a complete offensive package and a relentless motor. He’s not just a sniper from deep, he’s a dynamic playmaker who can run the show, create shots for others, battle on the glass, and deliver under pressure. He thrives with the ball in his hands, whether he’s dropping dimes in transition, breaking down defenders in the half-court, or stepping into big-time shots when it matters most. What separates him is how he leads, Cameron brings intensity, composure, and a fierce competitive spirit that sets the tone for his team. A coach can count on him to elevate those around him and find a way to win no matter the moment.

This past season, Cameron lit it up with 18.8 points per game while shooting a blistering 42.6% from three, 48.8% from the field, and 80.7% at the line. He added 3.4 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game while breaking the school record with 109 made threes, ranking 8th all-time in KHSAA history. He earned First Team All-District and All-Region honors and was the go-to guy every night. His biggest improvement was his ability to control games in a new system under a first-year coach. This offseason, he’s locked in on tightening his handle and growing more explosive as a creator.

With Kentucky Ambition, he’s using the AAU circuit to expand his game and showcase his skill to college programs. The painful early district exit last year left a chip on his shoulder, and now he’s determined to lead a deeper postseason run and take everything to the next level.

I assess that Cameron’s elite shooting, leadership, and feel for the game make him a difference-maker on the floor. His ability to run an offense, stretch the defense, and lead by example gives him the next-level potential for any college program looking for a winning-minded guard.
