True 6’11”, 215 lbs, Class of 2026
Central Pointe Christian Academy, FL
Iker is a towering force with an elite motor, sharp instincts, and a skill set that stretches far beyond the paint. At a true 6’11”, Iker plays with energy and IQ that instantly elevates his team on both ends of the court. He’s a vocal leader, a defensive anchor, and a matchup nightmare who thrives in pick-and-roll situations and creates havoc around the rim. Whether he’s banging in the post, facing up and hitting mid-range shots, or stepping out to knock down threes, Iker brings a level of versatility that’s rare for his size. His footwork is clean, his timing is elite, and his ability to read the game makes him a high-impact presence. Add in his relentless pursuit of offensive boards and his ability to switch and stay in front of guards, and you’ve got a two-way weapon with a seriously high ceiling.
This past season, competing in the elite SIAA, Iker averaged 8.9 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, and 1.8 assists per game while showing steady improvement each time out. His biggest improvement was his shooting confidence, firing with more freedom and assertiveness from mid-range and beyond. His development this offseason is locked in on expanding that perimeter skill set of tightening his ball-handling, becoming a consistent three-point shooter, and fine-tuning his post moves to become even more dangerous with his back to the basket. His breakout moment came when he dropped back-to-back double-doubles against top-tier teams, putting his all-around game on full display and proving he’s ready for more.
This AAU season, Iker is playing with TNBA South on the UA Rise circuit, looking to keep building on his rapid rise. His goals are focused, win with his team, grow his game, and maximize every opportunity to perform in front of college coaches. He’s especially fired up for UA Rise Session 1 in Georgia, where he plans to showcase just how much his skill set has evolved. He approaches adversity with calm confidence, relying on the hours of work he's put in, and letting his effort speak for itself. And when he needs to flip the switch, it's defense that fires him up. That’s where he sets the tone, protecting the paint and disrupting opponents’ rhythm.
For Iker, the journey is just beginning. He’s only been playing organized basketball for four years, one in Mexico and the last three in the United States. And yet, he's already competed in major platforms like the EYBL Scholastic and UAA, holding his own against some of the best talent in the country. His fast growth is no accident but the result of tireless work, humility, and hunger to improve. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, “Play hard every game, you never know who’s watching.” Iker takes that to heart, and every time he steps on the floor, he’s determined to prove just how much more is still ahead.
Iker’s combination of size, agility, and high basketball IQ makes him a dream for coaches looking for a modern big who can anchor the defense and stretch the floor. His ability to score in multiple ways, rebound at a high rate, and guard in space gives him rare versatility. As he continues refining his perimeter game, Iker has the tools to be a game-changing presence at the next level.
Expect Iker to keep climbing. With only four years of basketball under his belt, his ceiling is incredibly high. As he elevates his outside skills and gains more confidence as a creator, he’s poised to become one of the most well-rounded bigs in his class. His work ethic, growth rate, and competitive mindset make him one of the most intriguing prospects to watch. Stay tuned.
