Jonathan is versatile, athletic, and willing to do whatever it takes to win. Whether he's attacking the rim, pulling up for a smooth middy, , or hitting a three, his scoring arsenal is both efficient and explosive. He brings maximum effort every possession and thrives on making momentum-changing plays like big blocks, clutch buckets, steals, or defensive stops that spark a run. Jonathan plays with composure and confidence, staying level-headed through adversity and delivering exactly what the team needs in the moment. He can create for himself, impact the game from all over the floor, and play multiple positions depending on the situation.

This past season, he averaged 19.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals per game while earning League MVP honors and helping lead his team to a State appearance. That recognition wasn’t by chance but came from his commitment to improvement and consistent impact on both ends. One of his biggest improvements was learning to take control of games when necessary and create shots on his own. This summer, Jonathan focused on becoming more confident in traffic, handling pressure as a point guard, and improving his ability to attack and finish. He knows his next-level evolution will come by tightening his handles, extending his range, and sharpening his shot selection, especially under tight coverage.

A coach can always expect one thing from Jonathan, effort. From tip to buzzer, he’s locked in. He’s a smart, impactful defender who understands the game and never shies away from the gritty work, diving for loose balls, rebounding, rotating, and setting the tone. Off the court, he’s easygoing and enjoys spending time with friends and teammates or playing video games, but when it’s game time, he’s all business.

His motivation is his love of competing. Whether it’s the thrill of a dunk, the energy after a big defensive stop, or the spark that comes from forcing a timeout, Jonathan feeds off the game’s biggest moments. His goal is to win a state championship, and with his heart set on playing at the next level, he continues to push himself to become the complete player his team and future coaches can rely on.

I assess that Jonathan is a versatile wing who can impact a game through scoring, defense, and hustle. His athleticism, effort, and willingness to take over when needed make him a strong prospect for programs that value tough, smart, and team-first basketball.

As he continues to improve his ball handling and develop deeper shooting range, Jonathan is building the skill set and mentality needed to compete at the next level. Expect a strong senior year from a player who leads by example and refuses to be outworked. Stay tuned.
