Chyance is a fierce, electric point guard with game-changing quickness and a confident, poised impact. He brings relentless pace, vocal leadership, and a high IQ that keeps his team locked in. With no explosive first step and the strength to finish through contact, he’s a nightmare assignment in the open floor or isolation. His catch-and-shoot game is lethal, but he’s just as comfortable pulling up from mid-range or taking it all the way to the rim. Defenders who sag get punished; defenders who press get blown by. He doesn’t just play fast, he plays with purpose, picking his spots and controlling tempo like a true floor general.

This past season, Chyance averaged 19.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 2 steals per game, numbers that back up his impact. His biggest improvement has come in his shooting, he’s grown into a confident scorer from deep, mid-range, and in traffic. Defensively, he takes pride in being a menace, willing to press full court, stay locked in, and use his footwork and instincts to disrupt opposing guards. He’s been praised for his on-ball defense as a difference-maker at the next level. What separates him is how composed he stays in chaos. Whether he’s winded or in a tough stretch, he communicates, breathes, and responds, never rattled, never out of control.

Now playing with Carolina Premiere on the UAA circuit, Chyance is on a mission to play the game his way. He’s heading into the Finale in Ohio looking to prove that his pace, poise, and production belong on any stage. What fuels his fire is being underestimated, he uses doubt as fuel. When someone counts him out, that’s when he flips the switch. Next season at Christ School, he plans to keep that same energy, leading vocally, playing his game, and proving why his name deserves respect.

Off the court, Chyance loves spending time with his family and friends, and he’s also got a passion for cooking. But once it’s game time, the competitive fire takes over. He’s got bounce, grit, vision, and leadership, and he’s just getting started.

I assess that Chyance is a dynamic floor general with elite quickness, a steady jumper, and the mentality of a true leader. His ability to create off the bounce, finish strong, and lock up defensively gives him next-level potential. He’s a complete point guard with toughness, vocal presence, and the ability to take over when it matters most. Coaches looking for a fiery guard who can do it all need to be watching closely.

Chyance potential is sky-high. As he continues to build on his shooting, expand his bounce, and keep trusting his instincts, he’ll rise fast. He’s already shown he can produce, lead, and compete, now it’s about staying consistent and seizing every opportunity. Expect a major statement over the next two seasons as his stock will continue to rise as hus game continues to evolve. Stay tuned for another monster season.
