Dominic has built a reputation as a scorer, but that only scratches the surface of what he brings every time he steps on the court. He takes pride in doing the dirty work that wins games, chasing down rebounds as a guard, bringing nonstop energy, and making sure everyone is locked in by constantly communicating on both ends of the floor. Whether he is directing traffic on offense or calling out switches on defense, his voice never disappears. His ability to score from all three levels allows him to fit into just about any system because he can create his own shot whenever he needs one, attack off the dribble, or work without the ball by flying off screens for open jumpers and tough finishes around the rim. That complete approach to the game has become the foundation of everything he does.

Heading into his junior season, Dominic knew the road would look different after transferring schools and playing for a new coach. Instead of shying away from the responsibility, he embraced being a leader and attacked every day with purpose. His hard work paid off with averages of 18.5 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks while shooting an efficient 56 percent from the field. His biggest moment came in his very first playoff game when he exploded for 30 points and helped lead his team to a thrilling two-point victory. While many would have been satisfied with a season like that, Dominic walked away believing there was still another level waiting to be unlocked. He stayed focused on living in the moment, understanding there will always be someone trying to prove they are better, and that mindset has only made him hungrier to keep growing.

That confidence continued to build during Northwood Team Camp, where he turned heads with one impressive performance after another. Playing well at one of his dream schools meant more than just putting points on the board because it reinforced the belief that he belongs on that stage. His strong camp rolled right into AAU, where simplifying the game has completely changed his approach. Instead of forcing difficult plays like he felt he did a year ago, he now gets to his spots, trusts his work, and sees the floor with a much better feel for the game. That change has allowed everything to slow down while making him even more dangerous every time he touches the basketball.

The biggest jump in his game has come through improved skill and athleticism. Dominic believes he is faster, quicker, and more explosive than he was a year ago, and he continues attacking those areas every single day. His offseason focus is locked in on extending his shooting range while continuing to build his athletic ability so he can become even harder to defend. He has big goals for the rest of AAU, especially at Brawl for the Ball in Grand Rapids, where he hopes to show interested college coaches that he can help any program win. His senior season goals are just as big because he wants to compete for district and regional championships, put himself in the conversation for league MVP, and leave absolutely everything on the floor before preparing to make an immediate impact at the college level.

None of those goals happen by accident because Dominic's work ethic speaks for itself. His days are filled with three or four workouts that include shooting, ball handling, touch work, film study, strength training, and anything else that helps sharpen his game. Every workout is another opportunity to become a better version of himself, and that commitment has become the driving force behind everything he accomplishes. Feeling overlooked only adds more fuel to the fire because he carries that chip on his shoulder every time he competes. Regardless of whether shots are falling, coaches can expect nonstop effort, positive energy, leadership, and someone willing to empty the tank for his teammates until the final buzzer sounds.

As he prepares for his senior season, Dominic has no plans of slowing down. He expects to play with urgency, chase championships, score the basketball at a high level, and dominate every second he is on the floor without taking a single opportunity for granted. His journey is far from finished, and his belief in what lies ahead continues growing with every workout, every game, and every challenge that comes his way.

I assess that Dominic's ability to score from anywhere on the floor immediately grabs attention, but his leadership, communication, rebounding intensity, and willingness to do the little things make his overall impact much bigger than the stat sheet. His improving athleticism, high basketball IQ, and confidence allow him to play with patience while still attacking when opportunities appear, giving him the tools to impact games in several different ways.

Dominic is entering his senior season with momentum, confidence, and a relentless work ethic that continues to raise his ceiling. His commitment to daily improvement, team-first mindset, and determination to prove he belongs at the next level make him a name college coaches should continue watching closely as he looks to turn an outstanding final high school season into the next chapter of his basketball journey.
