Brandon is electric with the ball in his hands and crafty in the tightest of windows; he plays with an edge that turns heads and shifts momentum. His handles are sick, his court vision is dynamic, and his timing is lethal when threading no-look dimes or pulling up from deep with confidence that scorches the net. There’s a fearless rhythm to his game, an explosive spark that fuels every possession, whether he’s slicing through defenders or facilitating a fast break. Brandon isn’t just running an offense, he’s controlling it with poise, energy, and a fierce sense of purpose. Defensively, that same ruthless energy fuels the team's defensive swagger. To him, making steals is an art form that turns defense into offense in a flash.
This past varsity season, Brandon averaged 14.5 points, 6.1 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game, including 93 three-pointers made. Every category doubled from his freshman year, with added strength giving his game a new level of confidence. Brandon's biggest improvement wasn’t just physical but mental. Taking on a full-time starting role, he delivered in pressure-packed moments that demanded both leadership and execution. Now heading into the offseason, he’s focused on becoming even more explosive by adding strength, speed, and putting serious work into mastering his pull-up game.
That fire is about to carry over to the summer with 3D Empire Pro 16, where Brandon is ready to make noise. His mission is to help his squad become one of Texas’ most feared 16U teams and put himself on the radar of college programs that are hungry for a high-IQ guard with serious motor. He’s got his eyes on the biggest stages, especially the live period tournaments in Wichita, Richmond, and College Station, where the lights are bright and scouts are watching.
Off the court, Brandon keeps himself locked in. Basketball is more than a game, it's an obsession. It’s the first thing on his mind in the morning and the last thing before bed. When facing adversity, he centers himself with faith, deep breaths, and trust in the work he's put in. That, paired with the best coaching advice he ever received, “Anything you do is everything you do”. This keeps him locked in and ready to attack every moment with purpose.
I assess that Brandon is a fierce competitor with an undeniable impact as both a scorer and playmaker. His ability to read defenses, set up teammates, and create for himself makes him one of the more complete guards in his class. His work ethic and leadership traits already stand out, especially under pressure. He thrives in moments that most players shrink from.
For a college program, Brandon can bring versatility and grit. He’s the type of guard who can elevate a second unit or command a starting role depending on the system. His IQ and ball-handling give him the keys to run an offense, while his intensity and defensive reads make him just as valuable on the other side. With continued strength development and added burst, he has the tools to be a difference-maker at the next level.
Expect a breakout summer and a junior season that builds on his rising momentum. Brandon’s potential is high , and his hunger is intense. With his mix of competitive fire, court sense, and deep love for the game, his ceiling isn’t just high but unlimited. College coaches looking for a fierce, wired-in floor general with a chip on his shoulder better start paying attention. Brandon is just getting started, and you won't wanna miss a minute. Stay tuned.
