Lamphere HS, MI

Jack is a pure bucket with flash, fire, and fight in his game. With a smooth shooting touch from deep and explosive burst off the dribble, he’s a fierce finisher through contact and a nightmare to stay in front of. His creativity with the ball, whether carving through traffic or dropping dazzling dimes, brings life to every possession. Add in tenacious on-ball defense and elite instincts that jump passing lanes, and you've got a floor general who turns defense into highlight-reel transition buckets. What sets Jack apart isn’t just his athleticism or handles but the way he competes. There’s real fire behind every drive, every dish, and every defensive stop.

This past season, Jack averaged 16.5 points and 6.3 assists per game, emerging as a consistent scoring threat while leading Lamphere to its first league title in 23 years. He’s embraced a leadership role on the defensive end, always asking for the toughest assignment, and thrives on shutting opponents down. His biggest improvement has been scoring consistency, and he’s locked in on continuing to tighten his handles and become more vocal as a leader. His court presence is electric, and his game is still evolving.

Jack is playing this summer for Moneyball East, determined to show major growth from spring to summer and take his game to another level. With a possible district championship in sight next season, he’s hungry to defend the league crown and bring even more hardware back to Lamphere. The fuel that lights him up is locking someone up on defense and letting that energy ripple through the team. Through every obstacle, he looks to the support of his coaches and teammates, always focused on grinding and being the best teammate possible.

Off the court, Jack enjoys time with family and friends, staying grounded in who he is and fueled by a competitive spirit that never lets him settle.

I assess that Jack’s combination of speed, skill, and competitive edge makes him a dynamic point guard ready to elevate any program. His ability to control tempo, break down defenses, and bring toughness to both ends is exactly what coaches want in a backcourt leader.

Expect Jack to keep rising. With continued growth as a communicator and more elevation in his already lethal offensive game, he’s poised to become one of the most dynamic guards in his class. He’s got the mindset, motor, and talent to thrive at the next level. But there is some unfinished business this coming season, and he seeks to guide his team on a deep postseason run. Stay tuned.
