Brady is an electric stud who is explosive off the bounce, combining speed and athleticism to create his own shots. A triple-threat scoring option, Brady displays a smooth touch whether he’s draining threes, pulling up for tough mid-range shots, or attacking the rim with fierce finishes. His spin move is one of the most impressive around, leaving defenders stunned. Brady’s high IQ and court vision allow him to make game-winning decisions and dish out sweet dimes. On top of that, he puts in work on the boards and plays solid defense, making him a well-rounded force on the court.
Playing AAU for the Midwest Basketball Club Made Hoops circuit, Brady averaged 12 points and 6 rebounds per game. Last season, he showcased his scoring ability with 20 points per game, adding 5 rebounds and 5 assists. So far this year, Brady continues to shine, averaging between 17-20 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game. Brady's hard work is paying off because he is focused on becoming quicker, improving his vertical jump, and enhancing his three-point shooting. His progress as a deadly shooter stands out as the biggest improvement in his game since last season.
Brady’s goals include going undefeated and continuing to develop as a player. The key to achieving this is consistently handling the little things each game. One of his proudest accomplishments is playing for a top 9th-grade AAU team, and he’s looking forward to the rivalry game against London—a matchup he always finds exciting. Brady believes his team can make a deep tournament run, emphasizing the importance of unity to succeed in the postseason.
Trash talk from opponents fuels Brady’s competitive fire, pushing his game to the next level as he lets his play do the talking. When facing challenges, Brady stays composed, focusing on what he can control and letting the rest go. The best advice he’s ever received is to "stay the course," and it’s a principle he holds close.
Off the court, Brady enjoys video games, pickleball—a sport he’s passionate about—and ping pong. As he works toward his goal of playing college basketball, Brady knows it will require relentless effort and countless unseen hours in the gym. While he currently has no offers or interest, his talent and determination will undoubtedly turn heads.
Brady Sweet is just scratching the surface of his potential. His scoring ability and all-around skills already make him a formidable player, and his commitment to improving ensures his stock will only rise. Remember the name—Brady is a star in the making.
