The biggest improvement in Colt's game has been his ability to not only shoot efficiently but also attack the rim with confidence. Speed and quickness are areas he's grinding to improve, knowing they’ll elevate his game to another level. This season is all about growth—both as a player and a person. Colt’s focus is on maximizing opportunities, securing offers, and leading his team with nonstop effort. With the postgrad nationals in South Carolina coming soon, he sees this as a chance to showcase everything he and his teammates have poured into this season. To make a deep run, it’s all about trust—trusting the work, trusting each other, and embracing the moment.
Adversity has tested Colt more than most. Tearing his ACL twice could have ended his career, but quitting was never an option. Instead, it fueled him. Every doubt and every setback became fuel to prove himself and those who believed in him right. Colt welcomes the challenge, playing every game like it’s his last. Colt's approach to adversity is simple: weather the storm, trust in God, and keep pushing forward. The best advice he’s ever received is to keep life simple and trust God. That foundation keeps him steady, both in basketball and beyond.
