Jones is a shifty playmaker that uses his size, slick handles, and sneaky speed to freeze defenders. Watching his tape, you feel like you are watching an AND ONE highlight reel of a best plays compilation. With each highlight, you will see him drop a defender at will. An absolute killer off the bounce, he has crafty moves, and quick pull-ups even from three. He gets his shots off very quickly. Kaden said he is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. He mixes it up under the boards, drops some nice dimes and is a solid defender.
This past season Kaden averaged 18 points, 3 assists , 2 steals and 6 rebounds per game. What really is motivating him for this upcoming season, is knowing his team was only 1 game away from going to the state tournament, and they lost. He is striving to become a better leader, and this time win a state championship.
Playing AAU for Swoosh Elite Network, Kaden's goal is to be an even better leader. So far, he has averaged 20 points, 3 assists, 3 steals and 4 rebounds per game. What fires him up the most is when his opponent talks trash. He never lets it get to him, and only wants to quiet his opponent by scoring on him. He lets his play do his talking for him. Kaden loves pressure. When the game is on the line, he wants the rock! With a relentless passion and guided purpose, Kaden is always hungry to do any and everything he can to lead his team to that Dub.
Currently Kaden sees himself as a D2 player but understands that if he continues to mature, he absolutely has the ability to play D1. I feel he can play at the D1 level, simply based on his relentless work ethic. The talent and potential for D1 is within reach without a doubt, if he continues to work hard and put on some size and strength. Each day his game IQ is improving. Get on board this hype train now, because it is only going to continue to pick up steam!
