Loukas is a dynamic three-level scorer with a silky touch from beyond the arc and explosive quickness off the bounce. His ability to pull up on a dime and elevate over defenders makes him a constant offensive threat. Loukas is as efficient as they come, shooting at a high clip and consistently cashing in on his opportunities. His high basketball IQ and excellent court vision allow him to dish out sharp, timely passes. On defense, he mixes it up on the boards, showcasing strength, solid shot-blocking, and a knack for locking down opponents.
Playing for the Lakeshow AAU program, Loukas averaged 12 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds per game last season for Clovis North. Heading into this season, Loukas'focus is on winning games and leading his team in as many ways as possible. While he knows there will be challenges, Loukas is determined to face them head-on.
One of Loukas' proudest accomplishments is making it to the state championship during his freshman year, an unforgettable experience. He has also shattered his school’s all-time three-point record with 159 makes. Loukas also has joined the 1000-point club!
For Loukas, rivalry games against Clovis West are always special, bringing an electric crowd and intense energy. He’s also looking forward to the matchup against a strong Clovis East squad this season. Loukas believes his team has the shooting and chemistry to make a deep playoff run, thanks to years of playing together and building strong bonds.
When facing adversity, Loukas remains composed beyond his years. Competing against highly ranked players and teams motivates him to elevate his game further. The best advice he’s received—always having a plan for basketball and beyond—has shaped his mindset and drive.
Off the court, Loukas enjoys spending time at the lake, golfing, and hanging out with friends and family. His dream is to reach the next level, which he knows will require relentless hard work and unwavering belief in himself. Despite limited Division I exposure, Loukas has proven he can compete with top-level talent.
Loukas has already secured a full-ride offer from Fresno Pacific University, an interest from Cal State East Bay, Chico State, and Minnesota Crookston. His competitive edge and undeniable skill set validate his ability to play at a high level.
With the season underway, Loukas is locked in, chasing a championship while continuing to refine his game. His performance speaks volumes, and he’s determined to make every moment count. Stay tuned for what’s next.
