Hickman County HS, TN

Dylan is a dynamic, do-it-all wing with an electric game, he plays with a non-stop motor and a relentless hunger to impact every inch of the court. With a high basketball IQ and a pass-first mindset, he facilitates the offense with dazzling vision, threading pinpoint dimes to teammates in perfect scoring positions. His smooth yet explosive scoring touch makes him a dynamic threat, whether he’s drilling mid-range jumpers with his elite elevation or attacking the rim with power and control. Defensively, his tenacity is second to none, hounding ball handlers, snatching rebounds with authority, and protecting the rim like a seasoned shot-blocker. His fierce competitiveness and ability to spark momentum make him the type of player who can change the course of a game in an instant.

This season, he showcased his all-around brilliance, averaging 11 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists per game. His ability to control the pace and make the right reads stood out, proving he’s just as comfortable setting up teammates as he is finishing plays himself. The biggest improvement in his game has been his improved ball-handling and mid-range arsenal, allowing him to create more efficiently and elevate over defenders with his natural athleticism. While his skill set is already impressive, he is locked in on taking his shooting to another level, knowing that an expanded range will make him an even greater offensive weapon.

The defining moment of the season came in the state game, where he and his squad carried a chip on their shoulder, silencing doubters who expected them to be an easy out. That fire, that drive to prove people wrong, fuels him every time he steps on the court. It’s no surprise that his greatest motivation comes from his team. He’s not just aiming to return to state next year, he’s determined to win it all.

This AAU season, he will be playing for TN Marathon, focused on sharpening his skills against elite competition while grabbing the attention of college coaches. His goal is to get better, stack offers, and take his game to the next level. Among the marquee events he’s looking forward to is Spooky Nook for MadeHoops, a stage where he’ll have the chance to showcase his dynamic skill set and fierce mentality.

Off the court, Dylan enjoys the game in its purest form, constantly pushing himself to improve and embracing the process of growth. His love for basketball extends beyond competition, it’s about the brotherhood, the grind, and the pursuit of greatness. What sets him apart is his ability to stay grounded. His faith in Jesus Christ guides him through adversity, giving him the strength to navigate challenges with unwavering belief.

The best coaching advice Dylan has ever received is, "Let the points come to you; don’t force it." That wisdom has shaped the way he plays, making him a patient yet aggressive scorer who thrives within the flow of the game

I assess that Dylan's skill set is built for the modern game. His versatility, relentless defense, and high IQ make him a seamless fit in a college system that values two-way excellence. His ability to rebound, facilitate, and defend multiple positions gives him the tools to be a program-changer. With continued development in his shooting and overall offensive arsenal, he has the potential to be an impact player at the next level, one who can take over a game with both his scoring and his ability to elevate those around him.

Expect Dylan to take his game to another level. His hunger to win a state championship, combined with his drive to refine his game, will make him even more dangerous next season. As he sharpens his shooting and continues to embrace his leadership role, the offers will come, and his stock will only rise. This is just the beginning of something special. Stay tuned!
