John Battle HS, VA

Brennan is not your traditional player. He is an electric and athletic stud, blending agility, speed, and skill in a way that sets him apart. A dynamic playmaker, he thrives in multiple roles, flexing his versatility between driving to the basket, knocking down mid-range jumpers, and facilitating fluid ball movement. Brennan's explosiveness allows him to attack defenses with force, while his vision and quickness make him a constant threat. Whether slashing through defenders or facilitating plays, he brings a relentless energy that keeps his team pushing forward.
This season, Brennan averaged 10.6 points per game, showing his ability to contribute offensively. Brenna's biggest improvement came in his passing, elevating his court vision and making him a more complete player. Looking ahead, his main focus is on becoming a more consistent three-point shooter and tightening up his dribbling to enhance his ability to create opportunities. With a 31-inch vertical, he's also working on adding even more explosiveness to his game. AAU season is packed with big opportunities as he suits up for Net Ravens Elite, with possible runs for 865 Elite and Team Loaded VA. Brenna's biggest goal is to earn a tournament spotlight as a top performer, with Big Shots Rock Hill as the key exposure stage.
What fuels Brennan’s fire isn't just personal success but seeing his teammates shine. The energy of a tightly contested game and the thrill of keeping pace with strong competition are moments that drive Brennan to elevate his play. Brennan faces adversity with a goal-oriented mindset; he sets objectives, knocks them down, and grows stronger with each step. The best piece of advice Brennan has received from a coach is "First look to pass before the shooting," a principle that has sparked his ability to make smart, decisive plays. With a new chapter ahead as he prepares to transfer schools, Brennan is embracing a fresh start with hunger and purpose. Brenna's ultimate goal is to be remembered as one of the greatest basketball players ever to come out of Southwest Virginia.
I asses that Brennan’s unique combination of agility, speed, and skill makes him a strong asset for any college program. His ability to play both inside and on the perimeter adds versatility to his game, allowing him to fit into multiple systems. Brennan's court vision and improved passing elevate his ability to facilitate, while his driving ability makes him a constant scoring threat. As he continues to work on his three-point shooting and ball-handling, Brennan understands this will only increase his effectiveness at the next level.
Brennan’s dynamic skill set and relentless energy, playmaking ability with strong instincts and a competitive edge, and ability to adapt, improve, and handle adversity show that he has the mindset necessary for the next level. With his focus on development and his drive to leave a lasting impact, Brennan Jarvis is a player to watch in the coming years.
