Cooper is a tough, gritty guard who plays with an edge. He has a punishing chip on his shoulder. Cooper is a savvy, elite floor general who can score effectively on all three levels. He is athletic and fearlessly attacks the lane. He can make tough shots even through contact. Cooper also is a lethal three-point sniper with a quick trigger and unlimited range. Cooper is a dazzling ball handler and the master of crafty moves with blowby speed. He can drop a nice dime, however his defense is as elite as his offense. He has insane hops. This tenacious defender blocks shots better than most bigs. When you talk about a kid jumping out of the gym - Cooper's photo has to be next to it. His leaping ability helps him to be effective on the boards.

This past season Cooper averaged 22 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.2 steals, and 1 block per game while shooting 50% from the floor, a blistering 41% from three and 90% from the line. Did I mention lethal!! Cooper will be motivated by winning his program's first playoff game in multiple years last year. He is hungry for more. He is making it his goal to win multiple playoff games and to score his 2,000th career point.

Playing AAU for OWE EYBL, Cooper's goal is to make Peach Jam with OWE next year, improving on his defense and playing on the Nike Circuit.

Cooper is fueled by his doubters. All the people who say he is too small to play at the next level. I have bad news for his opponents. This is why Cooper is in beast mode every time he hits the floor, especially on the big stages. It is a personal challenge to Cooper to make a big statement against players who are supposedly better than him. Coopers hears the chatter. Then he just dominates - letting his game do all the talking.

A coach can expect tenacious defense and an elite floor general who can score when needed - at a very high percentage. Cooper will always bring high energy and relentless competitive fire. No one in the building will outwork him on either side of the ball.

Cooper would consider all divisions, but D2 & D1 are his goal. He is working tirelessly to achieve his goals.

I assess Cooper to be an outstanding high-level gem who is dominant on both sides of the ball, despite his size. Don't let the choir boy's face fool you. When the whistle blows he is a stone-cold killer. Cooper can play and thrive on any level, including D1, and excel there. This young star checks every box any coach could ask. Do not sleep on him, it will only push him harder. Get Copper on your radar now.
