Jeffery is a physically dominating force that overpowers anyone in his path bulldozer style, imposing his will, and a powerful blocker who lives from strong pass blocks while making pancakes. Jeffery understands he needs to work on his technique and form but relies on pure weight room and on-the-field brute strength to make up for it. Before the ball is snapped he is going through his assignment, what he can do to make them hit the ground, looking for backers, looking for anything he needs to call out to help his team, how and what his matchup has been doing in this game.

Last season Jeffery earned 1st team all-conference playing Left Tackle while leading the season in Pancakes for CMS. Already this season Jeffery has an incredible 23 JV pancakes and 3 Varsity pancakes in 2 games, with limited minutes. Jeffery's biggest improvement from last season is his strength, he went from getting around 145 on the bench and 260 on the squat, 335 on the deadlift, to about 225 on the bench, and about 380 on the squat, 445 on the deadlift as well as weight room explosiveness.   Tweaking his ACL, dealing with the recovery, and recuperation is a big motivator. He wants to show everyone that an injury that slightly hindered his performance previously isn’t half enough to stop him.

The desire to win is what fuels Jeffery's fire because he is an extremely competitive person and there are very few things he hates more than losing.

Jeffery tries to handle adversity calmly and with the mindset that there’s nothing he can do about it so don’t let it affect him.

A coach can expect every time Jeffery hits the field it will be with intensity and passion absolutely every minute. Jeffery rather have a knockdown drag-out death on the field than have someone make him look bad.

Since Jeffery was little he has dreamed of playing D1 with Marshal being his dream school. He also likes other WV schools: WVU, WV State, or Concord. Jeffery would be honored to play at a D1 or D2 level in either of his sports

I assess Jeffery as extremely gifted and has the size already to be a one-man wrecking crew. He is a dominant, imposing force destined to get even better. As he pushes himself and masters the technique part to match that nasty brute strength, he is a special talent destined to be something big. Jeffery is a beast on the rise. And already with him, having varsity experience the transition will be smooth. Buckle up and get your forks ready Jeffery going to serve us all a lot of pancakes.
