Chris is an electric triple-threat scoring option with speed and power that makes him a tough cover. Chris has a silky smooth touch from deep, but with a high IQ; he is selective as he never forces shots but takes exactly what the defense gives him, which is very strategic. With a natural feel for the flow of the game. Chris has great court vision and loves finding open teammates like a pure point guard should. Chris thrives on getting out in transition where his speed and athleticism can be on full display along with his bag of tricks that include dazzling passes and wicked ball handling. Chris takes tremendous pride in his defense, and if anyone scores on him, he takes that personally and, with a boost of determination, to lock them up and not allow them to score on him again.

This past season, Chris averaged 9.7 points, 5.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 36% from three and 58% from midrange. The most motivating thing that happened that will push Chris moving forward was definitely getting beat in the first round of region, not because the team was better but because they beat themselves, going up big and thought they had it, until they didn’t. Chris's team goals going into next season are Winning the district, winning the region, and having a chance to play at Rupp. With personal goals to Lead the state in free throw percentage, average 20 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds per game, and win district player of the year and region player of the year.

Playing AAU for Vision Elite, Chris' goals were to grab some college's attention and offers while looking to improve on making better and quicker decisions and his cardio/ consistency in the game. By staying locked in the entire game and not just spurts throughout the game. That paid off for Chris as his motor just keeps on going and going. Chris also gained the rep of not just a solid scorer and tenacious defender but one of the best rebounding guards out there.

The thing that fuels Chris' fire on the court are committing a turnover, letting his man blow by him, making a bad pass, not getting important stops, and when people think other dudes are better than him or when he sees kids goofing off and not taking warmups seriously. All those things light a little fire inside Chris.

Chris handles adversity when things don’t go his way by maintaining a positive attitude, always focusing on the next play and things he can control, learning from his mistakes, talking with his teammates, and making sure he instills confidence in them so they know he trusts them.

Coaches can always expect a hard-nosed defender and a true point guard from Chris, night in and night out; Chris finds joy in setting his teammates up and getting defensive stops, overall being a great teammate.

Chris can see himself at D1 if everything goes right but due to his y lack of size it’ll be hard but Chris is up to the challenge for sure, everyone’s path is different. Chris understands that the competition at any level is great.

I assess that Chris' game has elevated and evolved a lot since I first saw him play. That DOGG mentality has grown tremendously to fuel that competitive edge that simply outworks everyone on the floor, on both ends. Even as a pure point guard, he impacts games way beyond his size. He was impressive over the summer, and just last week, in an open gym, he was that dude! Chris is the total package every coach loves to have to run their team. Another stud at the guard spot from the Bluegrass state is destined to do big things, and this coming season will be just the springboard Chris needs to set himself apart. Chris' potential is extremely high and continues to improve every time I see him. Don't forget the name y'all; he will make you pay for that too. Buckle up for a breakout season ahead. This young star is on a mission with a little something to prove. Stay tuned!!
