Caleb is a fierce, explosive point guard who brings a full bag of offense and a relentless edge every time he steps on the floor. He’s a downhill nightmare who thrives in attack mode,

able to finish through contact, pull up in the midrange, or knock down

the three. A true three-level scorer who sees the floor like a quarterback, Caleb is the engine that powers his team. He reads defenses, controls pace, and makes everyone around him better. But what makes him dangerous is his ability to take over, when the game gets tight, the ball’s in his hands, and he delivers. He’s not just putting up buckets; he’s making statements. And now, he's doubling down on the other end, taking pride in becoming a fierce defender that coaches can count on to lock up the other team’s best.

As a sophomore, Caleb averaged 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists per game while shooting 45% from the field and 37% from deep. But numbers only tell part of the story. His growth as a lead guard was massive, being trusted to carry the ball, create, and execute under pressure. That maturity showed recently during the WBY Tournament in Kaukauna, where he strung together standout performances of 21 points vs. Waupaca, 17 against Northland Pines, and 15 more in a win over Laconia. His ability to score at all three levels while still creating for teammates proves how well-rounded and unselfish his game really is. He is focused on defense this offseason, locking in to become the guy who shuts down the opposing team’s top option, and raising his efficiency on offense while learning to adjust to new defensive looks.

This past season changed everything. It shifted the mindset of the team and opened their eyes to what winning really requires. For Caleb, it proved that defense is the foundation of any successful run. That mindset has poured into his offseason focus and set the tone for what he calls a “statement season.” His goal isn’t just personal; he wants to help Grafton rise to the top of their conference and show the state they’re legit contenders. The fire inside him comes from wanting to prove that he’s one of the best in Wisconsin’s 2027 class. He doesn’t need hype; he’ll show it through how he plays.

When facing adversity, Caleb stays level, trusts the work, and reminds himself that basketball is a game of runs. He’s no stranger to high-level matchups and embraces every challenge. The best advice he’s ever gotten is something his head coach, Damon James, consistently says: “Have a Next Play Mentality.” That drives everything he does.

Off the court, Caleb loves music, stays in the gym, and spends time with his guys. But make no mistake, his focus is locked on growth, leadership, and showing up for his team when it matters most.

I assess that Caleb is a dynamic floor general who can score, lead, and defend at a high level. His versatility, toughness, and poise under pressure make him a guard any college program would want running the show. He competes like every possession means something, and it does.

Expect Caleb to explode next season as he takes full control of Grafton’s offense and anchors them defensively. His all-around game, drive to improve, and leadership potential position him as one of the most promising 2027 guards in Wisconsin. Keep your eyes on him; he’s not done proving his point. With that chip on his shoulder and fire in his eyes, it's going to be a monster season ahead. Stay tuned.
