Grant is a certified bucket-getter and relentless competitor who lights up the floor with sick handles, electric shot-making, and a nonstop motor that never fades. He’s dynamic on both ends, scrappy and fearless with the ball in his hands, then tenacious and locked in when it's time to clamp down on defense. He breaks defenders down off the bounce with shiftiness and high-IQ reads, then punishes sagging coverage with a smooth touch from deep. With blowby speed, crafty finishing around the rim, and underrated toughness on the boards, Grant does it all. But it’s his edge, his poise in pressure moments, and his refusal to fold that sets him apart. Coaches should know that when Grant steps on the floor, they’re getting someone who can create, compete, and completely change the game’s rhythm.

This past season, Grant averaged 13.3 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while posting one of the most efficient shooting splits in the state, 50% from the field, a blistering 45% from three, and 90% from the free throw line. That 40-50-90 line speaks for itself. He also ranks 88th in Indiana in threes made and 12th among all 3A players. His biggest improvement was his leadership, becoming more vocal, more poised, and taking control of games when his team needed him most. His defense saw major improvement as well, especially with his quickness and ability to stay in front. Now, he’s locked in on adding more crafty finishes to his bag, perfecting his floater, and attacking the rim with even more aggression to draw contact.

With Indiana Elite Wetzel, Grant has proven he’s not just producing but winning. At the Indiana Hoops Classic, he led his team to a 5-0 championship run, averaging 18.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. He followed that with a 4-0 sweep at the Adidas May Classic, where he averaged 16.5 points and 3.3 rebounds. On the AAU season, he’s scoring 12.8 points per game on 49% while shooting from the field and 42% from deep. But his goals are to average 15 per game for the entire summer, stay a consistent high-volume shooter, lock in defensively full court, and be the kind of teammate who elevates everyone around him.

He’s looking forward to marquee events like the NY2LA Final Chapter and Summer Jam, but his sights are also set firmly on his junior season at Corydon Central. Grant wants a sectional title, a better team record, and a shot at the 1,000-point club. The tight games fuel him most, when the crowd is wild, the pressure is high, and someone has to step up, he wants the ball. When facing adversity never rattles him, he’s known for keeping his head up, staying level, and leading through storms. One of the best pieces of advice he’s received comes from Dylan Harl, who said, “No matter how hard you get put down, you always have to get back up and go even harder.” And that’s exactly how Grant plays.

He’s already earned MSC All-Conference Honorable Mention as a freshman and full All-Conference honors as a sophomore, proving that his consistency and impact are impossible to ignore. Off the floor, Grant enjoys fishing and spending time with friends, finding peace and joy in the same calm, focused way he carries himself between the lines.

I assess Grant as a versatile guard who combines elite shooting, a high basketball IQ, and a fearless competitive spirit. His ability to create offense, read defenses, and impact winning on both ends of the floor makes him a valuable asset to any program. He plays with maturity beyond his years and rises in the moments that matter most.

As Grant continues to develop physically and evolve his finishing package, expect his game to explode to another level. He’s already a deadly shooter and trusted floor general. With his mentality, efficiency, and passion for improvement, the ceiling is high, and the next chapter is shaping up to be even better. Stay tuned for a breakout season ahead.
