6'5, 175lbs, Class of 2027

Eisenhower HS, MI

Nolan is an explosive athlete with a ruthless first step and highlight-worthy bounce that makes defenders second-guess every move. At 6'5 with a 6'8 wingspan, he’s a dangerous combination of size, skill, and athleticism. Whether it’s flying through the lane for a poster dunk or rising up for a smooth pull-up jumper, he makes plays that shift momentum instantly. He can shoot from all three levels, handle the rock like a guard, and defend with energy and length. He’s electric with the ball in his hands, aggressive on both ends, and always ready to leave a mark, whether it’s a momentum-swinging bucket or diving headfirst for a loose ball.

This past season, Nolan averaged around 14 points and 4 assists per game while being a relentless rebounder. His biggest improvement came in his comfort with the ball, tightening his handles and learning to create his own shots in space. It’s no surprise that his production and versatility helped him earn a state ranking in Michigan’s Class of 2027, an honor that sparked a new fire in his grind. The summer has been dedicated to gaining strength, tightening his handles, attacking through contact, and building confidence with off-the-dribble threes. He’s been working like a madman to make sure nothing catches him off guard when the new season starts.

Nolan’s a true weapon; he can adapt, adjust, and deliver whatever his team needs. He can catch and shoot, attack off the baseline, hit from midrange, and thread the needle with smart dimes. He’s fearless, physical, and locked in. On defense, his length and bounce allow him to disrupt shots, close passing lanes, and switch across positions. His AAU season was all about growth, challenging himself to take shots he once hesitated on, remembering practice reps that pushed his weaknesses into strengths, and getting mentally tougher. The goal was to get fully ready for the high school grind, and he delivered.

He’s chasing more than stats. Nolan wants to be a leader, bring home a district title, and be the guy everyone looks to when the game gets tight. Trash talk from opponents fuels his fire; it locks him in. When facing adversity, he trusts his coaches and teammates, absorbs their insight, and adjusts. The best coaching advice he’s ever received is, " Be tough. Show grit. If you don’t, this game will leave you behind."

Off the court, Nolan stays dialed in, maintaining a 3.6 GPA, training to build speed and strength, and spending time with his circle of close friends. He’s humble, hungry, and ready to keep proving people wrong.

I assess that Nolan’s combination of size, athleticism, and versatility gives him the tools to contribute right away at the next level. His ability to guard multiple positions, handle the ball, and score in a variety of ways makes him a matchup nightmare. Add in his relentless motor and toughness, and he becomes a game-changing asset for any program that values two-way impact.

With his physical tools, work ethic, and fire to compete, Nolan is just scratching the surface of who he can become. As his shot continues to evolve and he adds strength to his frame, expect him to emerge as one of the most dynamic and reliable players in his class. He’s built for big moments, and he’s only getting better. Stay tuned for a breakout season ahead.
