Preston Clary @Preston_clary1, 6'1 ,160, c/o 26 from Woodrow Wilson High School is a dynamic high energy gem. As a triple threat scoring option he keeps the defense guessing to figure out exactly what he will do. I think his greatest strength is attacking off the bounce with sick handles. . Preston is crafty and fierce when he gets downhill and tough to contain with his speed.Preston can drop a sweet dime and play solid defense on multiple positions. Preston takes the challenge of guarding all five positions if necessary to impact the game.. A real warrior who plays to win doing even the little things like scrappy play for loose balls and rebounds. Tough and gritty kid thats just plain fun to watch.
Last season Preston averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. This doesn't speak to or reflect his defensive impact or energy and hustle he plays with but the impact is clear.. The biggest improvement from last season is shooting. And iPreston has set his goal to be the best he can at whatever position he is called upon to play and help the team win. . These traits and will to win mentality is exactly what separates him from the pack, You can't teach heart and Preston has miles of that to go with his nice skills. . We can expect a huge season from Preston as he is hungry to establish himself and make a statement run with his team. Just has a heart and passion to compete and win . This young star will leave it all on the court and can be trusted every second he plays . Not focused on locking in on any division level , just wants to play and establish his value to any team. Coaches dream of a kid with great character and leads by example. You won't want to miss Prestons coming out party this season. I'm buckled up for a fun ride
