Eli has a dynamic, all-around game that grabs attention the moment he steps on the court. Eli is a matchup nightmare who can score from anywhere on the floor, bringing the heat from three, blowing by defenders, finishing through contact. But just as lethal on the other side of the ball, forcing turnovers and locking down on defense. He’s wired to compete and built to produce, blending smooth scoring with fierce defensive energy. What separates Eli from other rising guards isn’t just his highlight plays, it’s his ability to consistently dominate both ends with intelligence, control, and edge. A coach can expect grit, leadership, and a relentless drive to win from the opening tip to the final buzzer.
Eli’s middle school season was nothing short of electric as he averaged 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists per game while leading his team to back-to-back championships and earning consecutive MVP honors. His biggest improvement over the last year has been his ability to pace himself and take over games with maturity beyond his age. His offseason goals include improving his already tight handle, adding strength, and continuing to evolve as a shotmaker. He’s playing with Kentuckiana Hoops on the Puma Circuit, playing up with the 15U squad, and already making waves. His focus is on producing wins, having standout performances, and gaining the exposure he’s earning every time out. The session in Orlando this July is circled as he plans to make it his national stage.
Next season, Eli’s locked in on starting his high school career with a statement. He’s ready to show that the work translates and that he belongs in the conversations with the best. What fires him up most is that moment when he locks in and enters a zone, when he’s dominating or flowing through the game with confidence and control. Adversity is just another part of the journey for him. He handles it with prayer, self-reflection, and trust in the work. The best coaching advice he’s received is "Be comfortable with the uncomfortable". Eli’s already proving he can do just that, whether it’s rising to tougher competition, adjusting to bigger stages, or stepping into a leadership role. He’s already receiving interest from prep schools, and both Nike EYBL and Adidas 3SSB teams are watching closely, and so are college staff.
I assess that Eli’s ability to produce in every phase of the game makes him an elite young prospect with rare versatility. His scoring, rebounding, and disruptive defense give him game-changing potential, and his mental maturity and calm under pressure show he’s more than just highlights but a leader in the making.
Expect Eli to explode onto the high school scene with confidence and poise. His production, growing exposure, and ability to shine against older competition are signs of a star on the rise. He’s already proving he belongs among the best, and he’s just getting started. Stay tuned.
