Judah is a dynamic guard who plays the game in attack mode, thriving in transition and turning pace into pressure every time he touches the ball. He is a high-octane scoring machine with a quick trigger and deep range that demands attention the moment he crosses half-court. Explosive off the bounce and silky smooth from deep, he gets downhill with ease, finishes with both hands, and finds angles that most defenders never see coming. His feel for the game stands out, combining a high IQ with good floor vision and dazzling passing ability that keeps defenses guessing. On the other end, he anticipates well, jumps passing lanes, and turns defense into instant offense, creating fast break opportunities that change momentum in a hurry.

As a sophomore, Judah is averaging 26 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals per game while shooting a blistering 45 percent from three, 53 percent from the field, and 83 percent at the free-throw line. He is making 3.5 three-pointers per game, often drawing face guards, yet still finding ways to score at all three levels. Along the way, he reached a rare milestone early, officially joining the 1000 point club as a sophomore, an achievement that speaks to both his scoring consistency and his ability to show up night after night.

One of the biggest improvements in his game came on the defensive end. What was once an area of growth as a freshman has turned into a strength, as he now takes pride in guarding the best player on the floor and averages 3 steals per game. His shot consistency has taken a major leap as well, combined with improved ball handling and balance that allow him to finish through contact and score even when knocked off rhythm. That growth has fueled a jump from 12 points per game last season to 26 this year. His focus moving forward is getting stronger, continuing to grow his IQ, and becoming a true lockdown defender statewide while pushing his scoring to another level.

Team success is at the center of his goals. Before the season started, Judah set out to reach 1000 career points as a sophomore and accomplished it. Now the focus shifts fully to winning the KCSAA state championship. Looking ahead, he is driven by offseason growth, believing strongly in year-to-year improvement based on the work he puts in when the lights are off. The standard is to grow, compete, and raise the ceiling for himself and his teammates.

What fuels Judah most is pressure. Close games, high-stakes moments, and charged environments bring out his best. He thrives when the tension rises, when nerves are high, and when the moment demands a play. Big games have never scared him, whether it was 22 points as a freshman in the JV KCSAA state championship or 20 points in a summer shootout AAU championship against older competition. The bigger the stage, the more comfortable he becomes, especially when emotions run hot, and the edge is sharp.

When facing adversity, Judah responds the same way every time, by going back to work. He returns to the gym, locks in on fundamentals, and rebuilds from the foundation of his game before expanding outward again. That approach has carried him this far and continues to drive his rise, built on consistency, effort, and a hunger to keep getting better.

I assess that Judah impacts a program well beyond scoring because he controls pace, space, and momentum. His ability to pressure defenses in transition, stretch the floor with deep range, and still punish gaps off the bounce forces opponents to commit early and often. Add in his rebounding from the guard spot, anticipation defensively, and vision as a passer, and he becomes a tone setter who lifts everyone on the floor. He can tilt games by creating runs, closing gaps defensively, and making the right play when defenses overreact to his scoring threat.

Judah continues to show growth as his game expands with strength, experience, and continued work. The foundation is already strong, with a feel, IQ, shot-making, and comfort in high-pressure moments. Expect his two-way impact to keep rising as his defensive presence and playmaking mature alongside his scoring. With his consistency, work ethic, and edge in big moments, he is evolving into a guard who leads teams, controls games late, and thrives when the stakes are highest. Stay tuned.
