Creighton David Jones @JonesCreighton 6'4, 195, c/o 25 of Jones,OK is a very versatile and athletic gem with nice speed.. High IQ that sees and anticipates offense plays as if he was in the huddle. Makes incredible breaks on the ball for a ton of deflections and pass breakups. . Excellent tackler and loves making classic big hits.. Creiton recorded 34 tackles, 15 solo and 19 assists with 2 tackles for a loss, Added 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery and 1 blocked punt. On offense Creighton made 3 catches 53. Creighton is also a great run blocker creating gaping wholes in a flash. A 2 point conversion to his credit.. .Punting and snapping with his longest punt being 79 yards. Creighton made 2 team all conference his freshman year and All -Conference his sophomore year. Coaches know they can expect 110% max effort every down.. His athletic ability and timing cant be taught but his naturally gifted ability . Creighton is making a huge impact in the current playoff run right now. A solid D1 talent doing the dirty work and loving it, viewed as a punisher on the defensive side of the ball. It lights out when the offensive player sees him coming . Like a magnet to the ball the hard hit is imminent. A sure tackler every time with perfect technique. Hungry too make every play . Just loves playing for a good coach and a system where he can thrive and let that dog out to eat freely.. And Creighton produces in the classroom as well. He is in the top 5% of his class taking college level classes since his sophomore year. A proven leader and winner on and off the field.
